Alison Anderson is the Founder and CEO of, an online platform that matches people looking to buy and sell a business. Alison originally created SXMN to serve local, small and medium sized business owners who wanted to sell their business without disrupting it in the process.

For the past five years, Alison has been on a speaking tour on business transition and succession planning with different economic development organizations across Canada.

CBC Saskatchewan named Alison one of the Top 40 under 40 – “Alison has done more for business in the province before the age of 25 than most people do in their whole careers.”

Brian Conlin

Brian completed a successful transition as CEO in 2015 from Golder Associates Corp.  During his tenure, Golder, one of the largest global specialist engineering and environmental consulting companies of its kind in the world, grew to $1.5b annual revenue and over 9,000 employees. He is now pursuing his passion of coaching executives who aspire to grow and develop their leadership skills, build businesses to make an impact that matters, and enjoy life. With a focus on employee-owned firms, he is currently engaged by numerous businesses throughout Canada as an advisor, facilitator, and strategic coach. Brian sits on the board of directors of two not-for-profits and is seeking opportunities to contribute to private or public boards.

Brian holds a BSc in science, BASc and MASc in engineering and completed the CTI Co-active Coaching training program in 2015.  He will complete the Rotman School of Management ICD Directors Education Program in June 2016.
